OTF-1200X-4-RTP-SL  is a RTP  (4'' OD) furnace  with Infrared Light Heating  and Sliding Cooling, which can achieve max. heating rate > 50°C/S  and coolting rate  > 10°C/S).  The furnace is designed for growing graphene and carnon nano tube by CVD.

Sliding Control
Automatic moving controlled by temperature controller.  When temperature program finishes, the furnace will slide at setting speed from right to left . Air fans will blow heated area to achieve fast cooling

  • PID automatic control via PMW Solid relay with 30 segment programmable & Over-heated  protection.

  • K type thermal couples is inserted from 1/4'' feedthrough fitting on the right flange to monitor sample real temperature profile.
  • RS232 interface and software included to allow you control and record temperature profile by PC ( PC is not included )

 Vacuum Flanges

Stainless steel vacuum flanges are installed on both of end tube with water cooling jacket and  heavy duty support.

Right flange ---------- 
  • Hinge-type flange for easy sample loading
  • digital vacuum gauge is incuded
  •  1/4"dia  feedthrough for inserting  K type thermal couple
  • Needle valve with barb gas fitting is built in
  • Water cooling jacket is builting.
Left flange ------
  • Hinge-type flange for easy sample loading
  • KF25 right angle vavle is installed for connecting to a vacuum pump
  • Need valve for vacuum release is included

 Vacuum Level 

 Limited by vacuum pump
  • 10-2 torr can be achieved by mecamical pump
  • 10-4 torr can be reached by molecular pump

Optional.

  • When working temperature > 900°C, you must use water cooling, otherwise flange may hot
  • you may use tap water as cooling water, but suggestion order our recirculating water chiller for water source to save water
