KJF-2V automatic pressure control system is designed for applications that need pressure control specifically for open-end system with in-line flow such as Vacuum Tube Furnaces. The Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge provides an RS-232 analog output of the pressure signal to pressure control unit which directly controls those two solenoid valves (a feed valve and an exhaust valve).

Complete Package includes:
  • One Digital Pressure Guage with 1/8 to 1/4 NPT adapter: 10-4 to 1000 Torr
  • Two Solenoid Valves with 1/4 NPT (F) connecting ports
  • One pressure control unit, power cable included
  • Two 1/4 NPT Male-to-Male Couplers

Typical Operation Procedures for Controlling Tube Furnace Pressure
  • Install feed valve (inlet) on one end of tube flange, then connect it with gas supply cylinder.
  • Install exhaust valve (outlet) on the other end of tube flange, then connect it to vacuum pump or gas recovery system
  • Install digital pressure gauge on the tube flange
  • Well connect the Pressure Gauge and two Solenoid Valves to Pressure Control Unit,
  • Power on the system by 110/220 VAC power source.
  • Set pressure low limit and high limit on digital pressure gauge
  • The pressure inside the tube chamber will be kept within a desired range

Note:Gas flow rate can affect the typical application accuracy, the best achievable control accuracy is :
  • +/- 0.001% of full scale (<1 torr),
  • +/- 0.01% of full scale (>1 torr),
  • +/- 0.1% of full scale (>10 torr)
