2MSK-HRP-02 (upgrade from EQ-HRP-02) is a CE Certified precision laboratory rolling press ( calender )  that consists of two big diameter rollers (8.5" or 215mm Dia.) for better flatness of pressed foil, and the gap between upper and lower roller can be adjusted by dial gauge at accuracy of +/-0.01 mm, and both rollers can be preheated to 55°C with the tubular heater respectively controlled by a PID thermostat with +/-1°C accuracy. The motor speed is regulated by an inverter and a 4-digit display to show the present frequency which is proportioned to the motor speed linearly. HRP-02 is an ideal press for preparing quality battery electrode sheet and metal foil in research lab.

Features:

• Bigger Rolls:  MSK-HRP-02 has 8.5" (215 mm) bigger rollers to make the pressing jobs much flat than small roller.
• Heated Rollers:  Both upper and lower roller is heated respectively and a PID thermostat is applied to keep the temperature of rollers' surface uniform and stable up to 55°C at accuracy +/-1°C.
• Micro-adjustable Press Gap:  The press gap can be adjusted from 0-5 mm and it is indicated by two dial gauges with accuracy +/- 0.01 mm
• Variable Roller Speed:  The roller rotational speed is adjusted by a digital inverter and it has a definite speed index.
• Rated Press Force: 4000 KGF 
• Safe Inlet and Fair Outlet:  A front guard plate for preventing operator's fingers to be rolled in and the shelter of outlet side is easy to open for eliminating the soft foil drops inside.
