Item Number: EQ-MSK-320B
MSK-320B is a Micro-computer Control Capacitive Discharge Spot Welder. It is designed for the production of the world’s high-class battery manufacturer (NiMH. NiCd, Li-Ion/LiMnNi. LifePO4) with more reliable and consistent welding than AC pulse. It is an ideal tool when the welding application requires a rapid rise time and high energy discharge.

Working Voltage 208-240V AC, 50/60Hz (110V is available via a transformer)
Output Power 2 KW
(10KW Max. at puls moment )

Welding Current 0-99% Adjustable
Welding probes
  • Allow independent adjustment for pressure
  • Ensure consistent welding pressure
  • Fully eliminates the phenomenon of low voltage or condensation occurred to lithium batteries after welding
  • Homogeneous welding spot, small spark, and no black spots
  • Quick energy release for welding highly conductive metals such as copper
  • Small heat affected weld zones
Welding Switch Built in optoelectronic welding switch, which can eliminate the need of changing switches for similar welding machines

  • Digital LCD control panel for setting all parameters
  • Welding time:          1- 99 ms
  • Welding current:       1- 20A
