MSK-131  is a 150°C max. pneumatic hot press with precise and constant pressure delivery up 400 kg. It is designed to provide an even pressure load and temperature environment for the tested pouch battery to achieve a more efficient and high-quality SEI formation. At the meanwhile, the pouch shaping can be optimized through this process. It is also an ideal tool for testing the pressure effect on solid state battery performance when the elevated temperature is needed.

  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

  • Platen is made of Die Steel with HRC60°±2°

  • Frontal manual adjustable valve for pressure tuning, 0.2~0.7MPa (1KN~4KN)
  • Pressure Accuracy:  +/- 0.5 kg
