World-famous Pfeiffer vacuum pump is German made; it consists of a diaphragm pump as the backing pump and a turbo-molecular pump. Both pumps are installed inside a mobile cart which includes SS vacuum bellows with KF40 port and a LCD digital display. It brings the user a plug-and-play system with vacuum range from 1E-3 to 1E-7 mbar.

Control panel

One button operation - the diaphragm pump will start after pressing "start" button and turbo pump will automatically be enabled at proper time.
System controlled rotary speed - the controller will control the speed of the turbine spinning up and down according to the vacuum level and leaking rate of the reaction chamber.
Self protection - the system will protect the pump (especially the turbo pump) from damage by overheating, over-current or low vacuum (not good for turbo) protection.
LCD screen - double lines parameters checking interface make the working easier to be handled.

Pump and Accessories

MTI provides complete accessories in the standard package for customer to do plug and play, by just connecting to MTI's furnace flange or any standard KF40 or KF25 (need KF40 to KF25 adapter ):

Molecular pump with KF40 to T piece and KF25 to vacuum gauge
Vacuum gauge with KF25 port to install to T piece
Specific signal cable for gauge and LCD display
1000 mm length SS vacuum bellows with KF40 port to connect to furnace flange
One KF40 to KF25 adapter is included to connect the pump to MTI's furnace which has KF25 port on flange
Power cable for universal power input
