Precision Disc Cutter with Standard 15, 19, 20 & 24mm and Optional 10, 12, 16mm Diameter Cutting Die- MSK-T-06

MSK-T-06-Disc (update from EQ-T06-Disc) is a CE certified precision disc cuter with 600 Kg max. pressure and manual operated and is designed for cutting round disc from thin metal sheet/foil (< 0.5 mm) or separator film (<30um) to prepare electrode disc for split flat cell or coin cell for battery research.

15, 19mm, 20 and 24mm precision dies with disc collect drawer are included in standard package (see picture below) and optional 10, 12 and 16 mm diameter:

• 10mm (for electrode disc upon customer's requirement)
• 12mm (for electrode disc upon customer's requirement)
• 15mm (for electrode disc in CR20 series coin/button cell cases)
• 16mm (for electrode disc  in CR20 series coin/button cell cases)
• 19mm (for electrode disc  in CR20 series coin/button cell cases, electrode disc in CR2325 top can side)
• 20 mm (for electrode disc in CR2450 cell, electrode disc in CR2325 bottom can, separator disc in CR20 series coin/button cell cases)
• 24 mm (for electrode and separator disc in CR24+ series or upon customer's requirement)
