PTL-HT ( Updated from PDC-01) programmable dip coater is CE certified designed for preparing one pulling under quality film under controlled temperature and atmosphere 2" tube furnace. Solution is located at the bottom of the sealed tube at room temperature, and sample can go through a hot zone up to 1100oC under various gas atmosphere or vacuum, therefore high quality epi film can be achieved.

Features:
- Pulling and dipping speed are controlled by touch screen digital controller. The dipping/pulling rate, dwell times for both in liquid and in heated tube chamber can be programmed to achieve automated coating.
- Precision controlled pulling and dipping rates from 1mm/minute to 40 mm/minute.
- Digital display speed with +/-0.02% accuracy.

Dipping / Pulling is operated in a sealed vertical tube furnace (GSL-1100X) up to 800ºC ( limited by SS316 wire ) with +/-1 oC accuracy and 30 segments temperature controller. --- note:
- Tube Furnace size 50mm O.D and 46 mm I.D and 300 mm heated length with 80 mm constant temperature zone.
- Beaker's volumn capacity: 70 ml
- Mobile table is included and 1- 100 ml/min. gas float meter with valve is installed the mobile table.
- Vacuum pump is available upon request.
