Personalization

MSK-AFA-I (upgrade from EQ-AFA-I) automatic coater is CE Certified machine designed to produce consistent thick film with micrometer adjustable applicator or fixed thickness applicators. It has a unique driving system to produce smooth coating at all types of materials. The flat vacuum chuck is built in to hold substrate sheet on plate faster and easy, which is particularly useful when coating on thin substrate and make uniform tape casting. Two precision wire bar and one micrometer adjustable applicator are included for immediate use. This machine can be used for research for ceramic tap casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.

Features:                                                                       

  • Pushing speeds can be varied between 0 and  100 mm /sec to establish the most suitable application conditions for all coating material. 
  • Aluminum alloy flat vacuum plate with built in vacuum connection allow you put on or release substrate quickly.
  • Built in pushing bar for using for micrometer adjustable applicator or frame film applicator.
  • Adjustable position switch allow you set up a stroke from 10 - 250 mm.
  • Vacuum pump is included with the coater for immediate use
  • 3/8 '' ID x 48" L hose is included for connecting pump and coater.
  • compact size and it can be put in a glove box
