Vacuum gauge & valves

• One mechanical vacuum gauge is installed for air-locker chamber.
• Two valves  are installed on the air locker (transition chamber) for vacuuming and gas filling
•  Two valves are installed on glove chamber for inserting/ releasing.

    

• One spare port on the main chamber for installing extra sensor at your option.
•  (Option) One Compact Digital Vacuum Guage  can be installed on main chamber at extra cost, please click underline to order.

• This is not a high vacuum glove box. No vacuum pressure < 500 Torr is allowed in glove chamber.
• Max vacuum pressure in air lock is 100 Torr. (due to limited plastic strength)

• Himidity range > 13% Rh: According to our experimental results, the lowest himidity level we can achieve is around 13% Rh by using Nitrogen Gas Generator (99.99% gas purity) to purge the system.
• Himidity Range < 13% Rh: If you need to achieve a himidity level lower than 13% Rh, please either use gas supply with 99.9999% gas purity or a Recirculating Gas Purification System for purging.
