Vacuum gauge & valves

• One mechanical vacuum gauge is installed for air-locker chamber.
• Two valves  are installed on the air locker (transition chamber) for vacuuming and gas filling
• Two valves are installed on glove chamber for gas inlet and outlet.

• This is not a high vacuum glove box. No vacuum pressure < 500 Torr is allowed in glove chamber.
• Max vacuum pressure in air lock is 100 Torr (due to limited plastic strength)

The control of glove box humidity is achieved by using either manual purging system or Gas Purification System.

• Humidity range > 15% Rh: According to our experimental results, the lowest humidity level we can achieve is around 15% Rh by using Nitrogen Gas Generator (99.999% gas purity) to purge the system.
• Optional:
  • You may order 

    Humidity & Temperature Monitor with Detachable Probe and KF-25 feedthrough - EQ-RH-606B  to monitor humidity at extra cost.

  • You may order a Compact Nitrogen Gas Generator with Built in Air Pump, 500 mL /min - EQ-DFN-500  instead of using gas tank
  • You may order Gas Dryer or Purifier to reduce inert gas to PPM grade

One pair of rubber gloves are included for immediate use
