EQ-HC-27 is a 1000 grade clean room mechanical convection oven. Clean air is circulated in sealed case with ULPA filter and dust particle ( > 5 micron) is less than 3.5/L. Max. working temperature of the clean room oven is 250ºC with 30 segements programmable temperature controller and It is excellent oven for drying semiconduct wafer and component.
