DZL-1400X80 is Two zones tube furnace with 80 mm OD mullite tube complete vacuum sealing flange. Total heating zone is 36" (12" + 24") and controlled by two precision 30 segments digital temperature controllersindependently up to 1400^oC. The tube furnace can create various thermal gradient by adjust three zones temperature. It is excellent furnace to prepare functional materials under thermal gradient, and also can be used for epitaxial film growth by CVD.
