GSL-1100X-8.5 is a CE certified bench-top 8.5" O.D fused quartz tube furnace with vacuum flange. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples and anneal" semiconductor wafers (max. 6") under vacuum or other gases condition. The temperature tubing furnace is controlled by a high precision controller with accuracy +/-1°C and 30 segments programmable up to 1100°C .

(Usually 10-2 torr by mechanical pump). In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order. For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.
