GSL1500X40 is a compact 42mm O.D. tube furnace using 1600 oC grade SiC rods as heating elements. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. The temperature of GSL1500X40 tubing furnace is controlled by high precision SCR ( Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1 oC and 51 segments programmable up to 1500oC . The tube furnace can be placed into a glove box to process material in various atmospheres.
