Double shell case with forced air cooling.

1800°C grade fibrous alumina insulation for max. energy saving.

Tube and Flanges

• High purity Al2O3 ceramic with Max. working temperature up to 1750°C.
• 42 mm O.D x 38mm I.D. x 700 mm Length.
• A pair of vacuum flanges with two valves and one pressure gauge is included
• For fast & better vacuum, suggest you use stainless steel pipe ( click to order at extra cost ) , as wel as digital vacuum gauge. 

                                           
• Two fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating)

                                     

• In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order.
• For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.

Working Temperat

1400 °C Continuous. 1500 °C short time (less than 60 mins).

Temperature Controller:

• PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control, e.g. current limiting phase angle fired the resistor with 51 steps programmable.

• PC interface with software is avialble upon request at extra cost
