GSL-1500X-50LVS is a CE certified compact high temperature 2" O.D tube furnace with complete vacuum system.  KF25 Gas Outlet and Digital Vacuum Gauge on the right flange connecting a 226L/m Mechanical Pum  pand Pump Filter while 1/4'' barb gas inlet on the left, allows the furnace to heat sample in vacuum upto 1E-2 Torr.   The temperature of GSL1500X tubing furnace is controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1°C and 30 segments programmable up to 1500°C.

  • Double layer steel casing with two air cooling fans.
  • High purity fiber alumina board chamber for the best energy saving.

Tube & Flange

  • High quality Mullite processing tube with Max. working temperature of 1680°C.
  • 2" (50.8mm) O.D x 1.75" (44.5mm) I.D x 30" (762 mm) Length.
  • Stainless vacuum flanges with valves and  Dial vacuum  gauge are  installed on left side for geas inlest.
  • KF25 Coonector, 600 mmm length stainless steel pipe , and digital vacuum gauge. are installed on right side to connect the vacuum pump

                  

Vacuum Pump & Level
  • Double Step Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump (110V, 226 L/m) with Exhaust Filter & KF-D25 Inlet  with Vacuum Bellows and KF25 Clamp re included for immediate use
  • Vacuum elevel can reach 50 m-torr by mechanaical vacuum pump included
  • Vacuum elevel can reach 10-5 torr by optional moleculor pump    
   

Working Temperature:

  • 1400 °C Continuous, 1500 °C short time (less than 60 mins).

Temperature Controller:

 

  • PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control, e.g. current limiting phase angle fired the resistor with 30 steps programmable.
     
  • Built in protection for over-heated and broken Thermal couple
  • Temperature Accuracy: +/- 1 °C
  • S type thermal couple
