Personalization

 GSL-1700X-V80 is a CE certified high temperature verticaltubing furnaceusing MoSi2 as heating elements. It is designed for heat treatment of all types of new materials under vacuum or other gases condition up to 1700oC. The temperature of GSL-1700X-V80  tubing furnace is controlled by high precision SCR power controller with accuracy +/-1 oC and 30 segments programmable up to 1700oC (3092 oF).

Vacuum Flange
  • Two stainless steel flanges with vacuum gauge and valves included
  • There is a Hook ring is welded inside of Top Flange for hanging sample or crucible by wire
  • You may order optional 2" flange with 1/4" tube sealed insert to put in a thermal couple or rod
Fitting Ports  
  • In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order.
  • For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.

Warning

 

MoSi2 heating element  is used in the high temperature under oxidizing atmosphere. It will form the SiO2  film which can keep the element from being melted. During the oxidizing process, the SiO2 protecting film is formed again when the element continues to be used. The MoSi2 heating element must not be used in the temperature between 400 oC and 700 oC for a long time, otherwise the element will be cremated under the strong oxidizing function in the low temperature.
