• Double layer steel casing with air cooling.   
• Two cooling fan inside to keep  case temperature < 55ºC.  
• High purity Alumina refractory chamber with 10mm thick 2500ºC grade YSZ ceramic liner.

• Two fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation frominside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating);

  

• One pair sealing flange with double silicone high temperature O-ring is included   
• Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with flange for immediate use
•  Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mtorr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 mtorr by diffusion pump

For fast & better vacuum, suggest you use stainless steel pipe ( click to order at extra cost ) , as wel as digital vacuum gauge. 

          

• In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order.
• For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.
