GSL-1700X-80-KM tube furnace is a CE certified bench-top furnace using Kathal Super-1800C grade MoSi2 as heating elements with Max. 1750ºC working temperature. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. The ultra-high temperature tube furnace is controlled by high precision controller with accuracy +/-1ºC and 30 segments programmable up to 1750ºC.

Specifications:

Furnace structure	Double layer steel casing with air cooling. Two cooling fan inside to keep case temperature < 55ºC. High purity Alumina refractory chamber with 10mm thick 1800oC grade YSZ ceramic coating.
Tube Materials:	High purity Al₂O₃ ceramic, Purity > 99.9%.
Processing tube	Premier Grade alumina tube made in USA. ID: 72mm x OD: 80 mm x 1000 mm length. Two fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating);
Seal Flanges	One pair sealing flange with double silicone high temperature O-ring is included. Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with flange for immediate use. Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mtorr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^-5 mtorr by diffusion pump. Please click picture below to see flange assembling details. For fast & better vacuum, suggest you use stainless steel pipe ( click to order at extra cost ) , as wel as digital vacuum gauge.
Fitting Ports	In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order. For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.
