GSL-1800X-S60 is a CE certified compact tube furnace using high quality ZrO2 Liner and Kanthal Super-1900 MoSi2 heating elements, and can be heated upto 1800oC. Vacuum sealed flange with two valves & vacuum gauge, and high purity alumina tube (60mmO.Dx 610 mm L) are included for immediate use. The temperature of GSL-1800S-60 tubing furnace is controlled by precision controller with accuracy +/-1 oC and 30 segments programmable. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition.

Seal Flanges & Upgrade

One pair sealing flange with double silicone high temperature O-ring is included.

Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with flange for immediate use.

Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mTorr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 mtorr by molecular pump. Please click picture above to see flange assembling details.
