EQ-GSL-1800-80X tubing furnace is a CE certified bench-top furnace using high quality alumina fiber board with ZrO2 Liner and famous Kanthal Super-1900 MoSi2 heating elements. Vacuum sealed flange with two valves & vacuum gauge, and high purity alumina tube (80mm Dia x 1000 mm L) are included for immediate use. The temperature of EQ-GSL-1800-80X tubing furnace is controlled by high precision controller with accuracy +/-1 °C and 51 segments programmable up to 1800°C. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition. Specifications:

Furnace structure

- Double layer steel casing with air cooling.
- Two cooling fan inside to keep case temperature < 55°C.
- High purity Alumina refractory chamber with 10mm thick 2500 ° C grade YSZ ceramic liner.

Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with flange for immediate use.

Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mtorr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 mtorr by diffusion pump.
