Product Description
- Chamber sizes: 438 cubic inches of heating area. ( 12" D x 8" W x 5H" or 7.2 Liter )
- Operation Temperature: 1100 oC ( 1200 oC Max for short time)
- Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation
- Three sides resistance wire coil for fast and uniform heating ( click more picture to see)
- Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature outside case
- 0.5" diameter observation window made of quartz glass allow user to see insider chamber during heating operation. ( Optional gas filling port can be added via the window -- see below picture)
- Also the window can be used as gas inlet by inserting a Alumina tube shown in the photo below.
- K type thermocouple installed for immediate use
- Temperature control unit can be separated from furnace , and make moving at easy
- PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor , e.g. SCR ( Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control with 30 segments programmable.
- Vent port installed on the top for gas flow. ( gas outlet)
- Gas inlet port is optional at $50 extra ( Please choose from product option)
