Coin Cell Making Step-by-Step Overview Videos
The following videos give a general idea of how a coin cell battery is made using MTI's equipment. 

Simplified Quick Overview: From Electrode Coating to Cycle Testing

Slurry Preparation:

Tape Casting Coater for coating slurry on electrode foil.

Dry the coated electrode :

Roll the electrode to reduce its thickness.


    Cut the electrode and seperator in the desire round shape for coin cell battery.



    Coin Cell Assembly:
    The battery can be assembled either in a 
    split cell or a crimp cell.
