Product Description

  • Working temperature: RT - 1000oC continuous and 1100oC peak for < 1 hour
  • 30 segments programmable digital temperature controller with PID, auto-tune and over-temperature protection
  • Chamber includes two interchangeable end pieces to accommodate process tubes with 2" O.D (standard) and 1" O.D ( via adaptor included, click the 'operation manual' at bottom to page 17 to learn how to install it)
  •  Heating elements embedded in ceramic fiber insulation provide rapid chamber heat-up and cool-down.
  •  All models shipped complete with power cord.
  • The tube furnace cab be placed in multi-position: Use furnaces vertically or at an angle to grow electronic crystals for semi-conductor industry. Rotate vertically for sintering applications.
  • You may order  1" dia x 24" length   or 2"dia x 24" length quartz tube and vacuum flanges to make sealed tube furnace ( see related product below )
