OTF-1200X-80SL is a CE certified slide-able tube furnace with 3"IDx55" L quartz tube and flange and working temperature up to 1200°C. One pair of sliding rail is installed on bottom of furnace. The furnace can move manually from one side to achieve max. heating and cooling rate up to 100°C/m. For the fastest heating, you can pre-heated furnace to the desired temperature, then move furnace to sample side. For the fastest cooling, you may move furnace to another side after heating sample. The heating and cooling rate may reach 50°C/s under vacuum or inert gases. It is ideal furnace for rapid thermal processing at lowest cost

Note: The max heating and cooling rate is achieved by pre-heat one side of processing tube to the target temperature and then slide the furnace to the other side. You may choose to place the sample in the pre-heat area or not.

Vacuum Flanges
|
Stainless steel vacuum flanges are installed on both of end tube with heavy duty support.
Right flange is hinged type flange for easy operation with KF-25 pump connector, digital vacuum gauge and needle valve
Left flange has one needle valve and 1/4" thermocouple feed-through. A 18" length x 1/4" dia. K type thermal couple (included) connecting with Omega temperature calibrator (included) will be inserted to furnace 's sample position to monitor heating and cooling rate during furnace sliding.
