OTF-1200X-80-II is a CE certified 3" I.D. split two zones tube furnace, which can achieve faster heating up to 1200oC and create a different thermal gradient by adjust two zone temperature. The furnace includes one 3.25" O.D x 3" I.D x 40" L fused quartz tube with vacuum flanges and valves for immediate use. Two 30 segments programmable temperature controllers are installed. The microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provide excellent control without overshooting of set temperature with. It is perfect tool to prepare nano materials or film by CVD (click here to see temperature profile with max thermo gradient under various temperatures)
