OTF-1200X4Z4 is 4 zones split 4" dia. tube furnace with 69" long heated zone, which can achieve faster heating up to 1200oC and create a different thermal gradient by adjust 4 zones temperature. The furnace includes one 4" OD x 3.7" ID fused quartz tube, one pair of vacuum flanges with valves for immediate use. Four 30 segments programmable temperature controllers are installed. The Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provide excellent control without overshooting of set temperature with. It is perfect tool to prepare nano materials or film by CVD.
