MTI corporation provides the high purity Quartz tube as replacement part for high temperature tubing furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It comes with the specifications as the following:

Fused quartz glass with high thermo-shock resistance

O.D: 76.2 mm (3")

I.D: 70 mm (2.75")
Wall Thickness: 3.1 mm
Length: 1000 mm (39.37")
Max. working temperature: 1200 ^oC or 2192 F.
This quartz tube is specially designed for our OTF1200X3 furnace and also can be used for DIY tube furnace below 1200^oC
Vaccum fitting is available upon request
