SYJ-150 low speed diamond saw equips with advanced digital micrometer and digital speed display, it is perfect tool for cutting / dicing / slicing all kinds of materials upto 30 mm thickness, especially for brittle crystals, ceramics, TEM samples, and even plastic samples.  MTI has tried every effort to make the low speed diamond saw at such high quality and low price. Cautions & Tips: 

• Must use anti-corrosion coolant duringcutting to avoid rusting lead screw. Please never use water as coolant during cutting.  You may select our LubeCool-150  lubricant as coolant , and build up a small circulation system with an immersion pump (ECO 417)  , which will make diamond blade cut more efficient and keep the machine from corrosion.  Also, you can use W10-30 motor oil as coolant, which is available at any Auto store.  
• Always clean machine, especially on lead screw by W40 lubricant after each use
• For different material, you shall choose different blade to achieve the best cut.  Please see the able below basic option
• Please bottom picture to see cutting surface from a plastic component, which is the most difficult material to cut by other saw
