GSL-1500X-50RTP is a CE certified slide-able tube furnace with 44mm ID x304.8 mm (12") L (one end closed) mullite and quartz tubes. The working temperature is up to 1500ºC. One pair of sliding rail is installed on bottom of furnace. The furnace can move manually from one side to achieve fast heating and cooling(details in the chart below). For the fastest heating, you can insert processing mullite tube into pre-heated furnace at desired temperature. For the fast cooling, you can move the tube from hot furnace with forced air cooling. The heating and cooling rate can be much more higher under vacuum or inert gases. It is ideal furnace for rapid thermal processing at lowest cost.

Vacuum flanges can reach 10E-5 torr by molecular pump or 10E-3 torr by mechanical pump. The flange has a 1/4" dia. thermal couple built in for monitoring real time temperature inside tube.

Note: To get the fast heating preformance, first keep the tube out of the chamber meanwhile pre-heat the chamber to the required temperature. Then insert the tube into the chamber to get fast heat.
