GSL-1700X-80-III is a CE Certified three zones tube furnace with 80 mm OD alumina processing tube and complete vacuum sealing flange. Total heating zone is 25" in length and controlled by three precision 30 segments digital temperature controllers independently. One zone (center zone) is heated by Super-1800 MoSi2 elements up to 1700 oC, and another two zones are heated by SiC elements up to 1400oC. The tube furnace can create various thermal gradient by adjust three zones temperature. It is excellent furnace to prepare functional materials under thermal gradient, and also can be used for epitaxial film growth by CVD.
