DZF-6020-FP is the advanced vacuum & Atmosphere dying oven installed with KFD25 adapter, Gas inlet, Precision flow-meter and two stage high speed vacuum pump which allows you achieve vacuum up to 1 torr and purge inert gas, mixing gas under desired pressure level and continuous inert gas flowing.

Gas circulating and gas purging
- One 1/4" swagelok tube fittings on the back panel to connect the gas supply.
- Built-in 500ml/min flow-meter with needle valve precisely control the flow rate
- The gas is able to be continuously flowing into the chamber at a constant flow rate defined by user during operation.
- The oven can be purged by inert gas before operation.
28 segment Programmable temperature controller
- 28 segments programmable
- PID precise control, ±1°C accuracy
- Auto-tune function support
- Overshooting protection and alarm system
Vacuum chamber
- Radiant warm wall heating system provides optimal uniformity and conserves chamber space for drying, curing, vacuum embedding, and plating applications.
- 25 Liter Capacity.
- 3" (7.6 cm) glass wool insulation prevents heat loss from working chamber.
- Silicone door gasket and positive latch door maintain seal at all vacuum levels.
- Exclusive polycarbonate safety shield protects door glass.
- Easy-to-clean #304 stainless steel chamber interior.
- Two removable stacking stainless steel shelves included.
