Vacuum Sealing Assembly (Flange Lip I.D. 101 mm) with Vacuum Gauge and Valves - EQ-FL-101

This is a pair of smart sealing assembly (FLange Lip I.D. 101 mm) for sealing various processing tubes of vacuum tube furnace without any welding and gluing.

• Made of Stainless Steel with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
• One end has a vacuum gauge with valve, the other end has a valve.
• Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
• 1/4" rubber hose can be fitted to 1/4" hose connectors at both ends.
• Designed for MTI GSL1600-100X and GSL1700-100X tube furnaces.
• Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
• The assembly kit will seal 101 mm diameter (4" dia OD) processing tube.
• Vaccum level:  10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by mechanical pump

• Package included	One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high temperature silicone O-rings  ( 300oC Max., and six screws
  Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products
