This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 82 mm - 84 mm tube without any welding and gluing.
- Made of Stainless Steel with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.

On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with valve attached, and on the other end has only valve.

Seal tube by tighten screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
- 1/4" hose connector in the both of ends.
- 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
- Designed for MTI GSL1600-80X tube furnace.
- Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
- The assembly kit will seal 82 - 84 mm diameter of ceramic tube.
- Vaccum level: 10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by mechanical pump

Must put a refractory tube block in front of flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products
