How to use
- Stir and mix thoroughly.
- Apply for bonding and protecting thermocouples, heat sensors, critical heating elements, laminating, coating at elevated temperature.
- Offer high bond strength, solvent and electrical resistance.
- Bonding alumina, metals, ceramics, graphite, and glass.
- Air dry 4 hours minimum.
- Post cure 2 hours at 150oF (65oC) followed by 4 hours at 392oF (200oC) for additional moisture resistance.
- It is excellent for repairing inside the chamber of MTI Box furnances.
Note
- This product is pre-mixed. No additional thinner and hardener is necessary
- Please don't use it as refractory coating for fibrous ceramic board, which may cause surface cracking
- For coating please choose 1760C (3200F) Hi-Purity Alumina Coating at the related products below
- Routine stir is necessary after opening the box
- Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature
