Features	Precision Polishing Jig for accurate wafer / substrate polishing and back-thinning Sample holder can take wafer or substrate up to 2" Diameter with 2mm Max Thickness Thickness control screw fixture with resolution of 0.005 mm to limit stock remove Two micrometers are included with 0.001 mm increments Two dead weights are included for adjusting polishing gravity This Polishing fixture can fit with Unipol-810, Unipol-802 and any precision 8" polishing machine with yoke support to achieve automatic polishing or thinning. Excellent for preparation of TEM sample and IC section analysis and Flat single crystal substrates
Dimension	Weight 6.95 lbs with both force weights. Sample plate diameter: 2.125 inches Diameter of the entire base: 90mm (~3.5 inches)
Product Image	Usually mounting a piece of sample on the surface of the bottom plate by wax. It will fit another polisher if it came with the Y-sharp rack support. Note: super-hard tungsten alloy is weld on the bottom of jig for polishing resistible.
