MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as replacement part for high temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.
Purchase Notes: Please make sure the specification of the tube meets your need before making a purchase. Since Nov 10, 2016, we no longer accept return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. All tubes are not refundable, not exchangeable, nor covered under the warranty (Consumables). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the package for damages before accepting the delivery. | Application Notes |
- This quartz tube is excellent for our PTL-HT Dip Coater and DIY tube furnace below 1200°C
- Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
- The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
- Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
- In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumia crucible to carry sample, instead loading sample directly inside tube, please click picture below to choose one crucible boat:
