MSK-140 (upgraded from MSK-113A) is a CE Certified compact heating sealer for sealing aluminum-laminated films during pouch cell case preparation. It is used for sealing the side and top of the pouch cell with the tab before injecting electrolyte at the outside of glovebox. New version MSK-140L with the large working area is available now!

- (2-gallon air compressor is required, but not included. pls order at your store or the related product below )
- Note: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

- Suggested Sealing Parameter:
- Upper Heating Blade Temperature: 200°C
- Lower Heating Blade Temperature: 180°C
- Pressure: 40 psi
- Duration: 3 seconds
- Please wait until both dies reached the Setting temperature, then begin to operate.
