The DZF-6050-HT is a 500ºC Max. high-temperature vacuum oven. Two internal heating plates are installed inside the oven as shelves with independent temperature control, and the front door is built-in with a water cold flange with a recirculating water chiller. A 500-5000ml flow meter is installed in the front panel to control the atmosphere of the chamber. All necessary accessories are in the package including a vacuum pump, chiller, fittings, hoses, etc. (Updated to internal heating Version from 5/20/2020)

Temperature Controller

- Two digital temperature controllers with two K-type thermal couples to control two internal heating shelves independently
- 30 segments programmable for each controller

- The built-in RS485 port is installed for PC connection.

Chamber and Door
|
- Chamber dimensions: 415 x 345 x 370, mm ( 16.3 x 13.5 x 14.5", 53 Liter )
- The chamber is structured with stainless steel
- The door is made of aluminum plate with thermal insulation
- Silicone door gasket and positive latch door ensure the good sealing
- 2 stainless steel shelves are heatable with power feedthrough up to 500°C
- The water cooling jacket is built inside the oven door flange to keep silicone O-ring temperature below 200oC when the oven temperature higher
- Warning: Please don't put your sample directlty on heating plate, but put on a buuffer layer. The ceramic plate below is suggested

Water Cooling
|
- One Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller is included. ( click the picture left to see details)
- Refrigeration range: 5~35°C
- Flowing Rate: 16L/minute
- Suggest using anti-corrosion coolant (available for auto-part store) to achieve the best water cooling.
- Suggest cooling temperature set at room temperature or between 15~20°C for avoiding the condensed water or freezing inside the tube and that cause the water flow rate drop.

Gas flowing/purging
|
- A precise flow meter is installed in the front panel which ranges from 500 ~ 5000ml/min.
- The gas is able to continuously flow into the chamber at a constant flow rate defined by the user during operation.
- The oven can be purged by inert gas before the operation.

Fittings & Connectors
|
- One KF25D vacuum port is used for a quick connection to the vacuum pump.
- Two water/coolant inlets connect the chiller. (tubes are included)
- One 1/4" Swagelok tube fitting is for an inert gas supply.
- One needle valve is used to control the input gas.

Attention |
Please note that it's normal the SS chamber wall will be slightly deformed and lose its shine at high temperatures. However, this won't affect the use of the oven since the sample will be placed on a shelf and won't have contact with the chamber wall.
