The one-end open quartz tube with a pair of compression flanges is designed for high vacuum application up to 1e-6 torr via a turbopump.

Flange	Made of SS 316 Fluorocarbon O-rings A KF16 port for vacuum gauge. A KF40 port for vacuum pumps.
Quartz Tube	50 OD x 44 ID x 263 L (mm) One-end closed quartz tube
Thermal Block	a pair of 40 mm OD quartz thermal block
Working Temperature	<1000°C under vacuum <1100°C under ambient pressure <3 psig
Vacuum & furnace optional	7.4E-6 hPa (5.6E-6 torr), unloaded, room temperature 4.6E-6 hPa (3.5E-6 torr) after bakeout This tube and flange kit is designed for pairing with the MTI hybrid furnace as the Pic. 1 or Pic.2 below Pic.1 Pic.2
Application Notes	MTI recommends placing the sample inside a quartz crucible instead of puting the sample directly inside the quartz tube to extend service life.
