EQ-PF-M is an air-tight and micro powder feeder with min. 1g/hr. It is designed for automatic feeding of solid particles under vacuum and high-pressure conditions. The vacuum level is ≤5*10-2 torr, and it has a maximum pressure resistance of 0.1 MPa.  Built-in dispersion blade to prevent powder aggregation, as well as a heating jack with a digital temperature controller.

    Sample Feeding Tank

    • 500 ml stainless steel container made of SS316

    • The container is sealed by a φ130mm flange for easy opening/sealing.

    Feeding Screw

    Vibration Motor

    • Built-in vibration motor improves feeding results and prevents powder aggregation.

    Stirring Blade

    • Built-in stirring blade to prevent powder aggregation.
    • Stirring blade diameter: 74mm
    • Stirring speed: 4.5 - 12 rpm/min adjustable

    Heating Jacket

    • A heating jacket is built-in for heating the sample in the sample container.

    • Heating jacket dimension: 83mm ID x 93mm OD x 90mm Height
    • Max temperature: 125°C
    • Temperature controller: 50-segment PID control with over-temperature alarm. 

    Control Unit and Software

    • The control unit is controlled by PC software via an RS485 connection cable.
    • A laptop computer is required to operate the device, which is available at extra cost.
