GRF3000 is an induction heating furnace for graphitization up to 3000℃. Also, it can be used as a high-temperature vacuum furnace

Induction heating	Infrared Pyrometer 1000℃～3200℃ as a temperature sensor Induction coil: Ø340 mm Graphite crucible:Ø200 × 300 mm Flexible carbon felt as thermal insulation
Gas purification	One foreline gas purification system is included.
Water Chiller	One recirculating water chiller is included Temperature range: 5 - 30°C Water Flow Rate: 200 L/min Power: 16.5 kW Nominal cooling capacity: 38 kW Refrigerant: R-410a
Vacuum Pump	One rotary vane vacuum pump is included A digital vacuum gauge is included for the mechanical pump Turbupump with digital vacuum gauge is optional
