High-temperature steam oxidation-corrosion cycle test furnace GSL-1700X-80CVD can reach 1650℃, and its continuous working is 1600℃. It consists of three parts， a water vapor generator, a heating furnace, and a sample-delivery mechanism. Thermal shock cycling test is easier to be done with customizable cycling parameters(Temp., Time, Cycles) via dedicated software.

Features
|
- The steam intake is made of a 3mm outer diameter platinum-rhodium alloy pipe.
- The outside of the PT tube and alumina tube is protected by flowing gas.
- Three alumina/SIC tubes were used to support the sample, and a B-type thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of the sample.
- The alumina crucible and corundum tube splicing structure prevent vapor from spilling into the furnace and prevent cracking.
- Easy access furnace structure facilitates the replacement of ceramic parts.
- The steam vapor evaporation and gas flow can be customized at extra cost.
