GSL-1800X-KS60 is a compact tube furnace with Kanthal Super-1900C Grade MoSi2 Heating Elements and high-quality alumina refractory board with ZrO2 liner. Vacuum sealing flanges with valves, a vacuum gauge, and a high-purity alumina processing tube (60mmO.Dx 610 mm L) are included for immediate use. The temperature of the GSL-1800X-KS60 tube furnace is controlled by a 30-segment programmable high-precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with an accuracy of +/-1 ºC. This tube furnace has a max. working temperature up to 1800 ºC. It is widely used in material & chemical research labs to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum and other gas conditions.

- Note: Due to the complexity of the controller operation, we strongly suggest customers to purchase this PC control kit along with the furnace and our engineers will have the software & hardware pre-installed. Please note that this PC control kit is not for sale individually.

| Processing Tube |
- Premier Grade alumina tube made in the USA
- ID: 60mm x OD: 54 mm x 790 mm length
- Four fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from the inside tube (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating).
- For 60mm tubes, it is recommended that customers purchase two pairs of tube support to prevent the tube from bending under high temperatures (please click on the last picture to order).

| Sealing Flanges |
- One pair of sealing flange with double silicone high-temperature O-ring is included.
- Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with a flange for immediate use.
- Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mTorr by a quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^-5 torr by a turbo molecular pump. Please click the picture below to see the flange assembling details.

| Fitting Ports |
- Standard 1/4‘’ Barbed fittings with needle valves.
- For supplying high-pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the 304SS 1/4" Swagelok® Tube Fitting, please click underlined to order.
- Optional: In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click the underlined to order.
- Optional: You may also consider using the parts in below to increase the vacuum efficiency.
