GSL-2200X-C is an induction heated horizontal tube furnace with complete accessories and max. the working temperature of 2200ºC, which includes a 7KW Induction generator, 2” graphite tube with thermal insulation which is sealed in a 5" Quartz Tube with Flanges & Valves.

- Vacuum sealed flanges: Left side: 1/4"T/C feedthrough, needle valve of the gas inlet, and pressure gauge
- Right side: KF 25 port for vacuum pump and the gas outlet valve (Pic.3)
- Vacuum level: 10-2 torr by a mechanical pump and 10-5 torr by turbopump
- Optional: Digital vacuum gauge up to 4x 10-5 torr is available at the extra cost (Pic. 4)
- YSZ ceramic coating for graphite tube ID is available upon request for carbon sensitive material

Temp. Controller & Thermocouple

- Automatic PID tunning for temperature control.
- 30 segments programmable for precise controls of heating rate, cooling rate* (won't get faster than natural cooling), and dwell time.
- Overheating & thermocouple failure protection.
- +/- 2 ºC temperature accuracy.
- Thermocouple: C type
- Continuous Working Temp. Range: 1200ºC~2200ºC
- May upgrade to 2500oC via IR sensor at the extra cost

Water Chiller
|
- Water cooling with > 58L/minute flow rate is required for cooling the induction coil.

- The Induction heating system is designed for use under high vacuum ( < 10-4 torr) and flowing high-purity inert gas ( 5N purity）at pressure < 0.02 MPa and flow rate < 200 ml/minute)
- Attention: A pressure regulator must be installed on your input gas tank ( click the picture below to review ) and the output gas pressure set below 3 PSI at all times after opening the gas tank with the gas maintained in a continuous flowing condition.
