MSK-NFES-1U is a cost-effective & user-friendly, multi-functional bench-top electrospinning system. It provides two 5-channel syringe pumps, which allows 10 nozzles installed at the same time. The high voltage DC power supply delivers a 0-30 kV output voltage range with a maximum current capacity of 1 mA. A stationary plate collector and rotating drum collector are included along with the unit. MSK-NFES-1U fume hood provides an enclosed atmosphere with transparent side walls to monitor the electrospinning process. Inside the fume hood, an exhaust fan is installed which can provide dehumidification. Also, a humidity monitor is installed to monitor temperature and humidity. MSK-NFES-1U is an excellent electrospinning system to explore a wide range of material or composite.

Dual-Channel Syringe Pump

- 10 nozzle can injection at the same time for a different solution.

Injection Nozzles

- 12 Nozzles with 0.34mm I.D. which is made of stainless steel.
- One piece of co-axis nozzle with dual inlet is included, which allows you to inject two kinds of the fiber-forming solutions in one nozzle ( click Pic. 1 & 2 below ). The extra co-axis nozzle is available at the extra cost.
