Heating Jet Option:

MSK-SFM-16 is a compact dual-shaft planetary vacuum mixer. Compared to single shaft models, the dual shaft mixer comes with three segments programmable mixing speed from 0 - 600 rpm, which provides more uniform slurry mixing. It has a built-in pump for removing the gas bubble, which can vacuum the mixing container to -0.08 MPa. MSK-SFM-16 is a high-quality mixer tool for preparing battery electrode paste and various ceramic materials in a research lab.  ( heating container is optional up to 200oC).   It is compact to put in the glovebox with Ar and N2 atmosphere.

Control Panel

  • 3.5" color touch screen control allows easy setting of parameters such as mixing speed, mixing time, vacuum on/off
    • Mixing Time:    0 - 600 minute
    • Mixing Speed:  0 - 600 RPM and 3 segments programmable
  • Note:  Max. mixing speed depends on slurry viscosity.  Max.10000 mPa.s is allowed at 600 rpm.  Lower speed will be required for more sticky slurry
Heating Container with Temp.Control'  (Optional)
    • The heating container is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
    • The heating container can be heated up to 200°C  with precision temperature control for heated vacuum mixing.
    • Water cooling integration is required for protecting gear and O-ring
    • We suggest using the EQ-KJ5000 Series recirculating water chiller as a cooling system (pls order separately here)  
    • Protective shielding only included with the Heating Jet option.
