The dust free micro-fiber cloth wiper is knitted with 100% complete continuous micro-fiber. The four sides of wipe cloth is cut by the laser
sealed-edge technology. It prevents fiber loss and sharply reduces micro-dust generation, ideal for clean wafer / substrate surface.

The dusk-free wiper is cleaned with the D.I.water of grade of 18 M-ohm and packed under 10 class clean room.
