Ni-based superalloy tube vessel (OD 60 x ID 52 x L 1000 (mm)). It can be used under ultra-highly oxidizing and inert gas atmospheres up to 1100°C to process special compounds. It is a consumable part of OTF-1200X-HPV, which is a compact HIP (hot isostatic pressure) furnace for researching the new generation of materials at low cost.

Warning:

Please set up a pressure alarm point in the digital pressure display before the operation
Must install a pressure regulator on the gas cylinder to increase pressure gradually.
Service-life design for 2,000 hours at 800oC. The high-pressure vessel is a consumable part, please order replacement once found the deformation

Installation:

Adjustable High-Pressure Relief Valve is not included and available upon request.

A high-temperature pressure transmitter, MTI-ZQ-GW is available upon request.

In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading sample directly inside the tube, please click the picture below to choose one crucible boat:
