Ni-Based Super Alloy Tube with flange KIT, 55 OD x 20 ID x 580 L (mm) - Tube-HP-55-20-580

Please email for lead time
Item Number: TGH55D580
Ni-based superalloy tube vessel (50mm O.D x 20 mm I.D x 580 mm L). It can be used under ultra-highly oxidizing and inert gas atmospheres up to 1100°C to process special compounds. It is consumable part of OTF-1200X-HP-55 which is a compact HIP (hot isostatic pressure) furnace for researching the new generation of materials at low cost.

Warning
  • The suitable tightening torque for turning the screws on this tube is the 40-foot pound. Click the picture below for torque wrench detail.
  • Please set up a pressure alarm point in the digital pressure display before the operation
  • Must install a pressure regulator on the gas cylinder to increase pressure gradually.
  • Service-life design for 2,000 hours at 800oC. The high-pressure vessel is a consumable part, please order replacement once found deformation

      Installation
      Standard Package
  • Ni-Based Super Alloy Seamless Tube with Super-alloy flange
      Optional
High-pressure  Relief Valve                               Digital Pressure Gauge                  Solenoid valve Set
      Attention
  • When the pressure reaches the alarm set point (Max.15Mpa), the pressure inside the vessel will be released via the solenoid valve installed on the flange.                                                                                                                        For Max. pressure >15 Mpa, please shut off the manual needle valve nearby the solenoid valve.
  • Considering the toughness of Ni-Based Alloy, you should tighten the screws in diagonal sequence and apply equal pressure.
  • Do not over tighten, always use the recommended torque screwdriver.
