OTF-1200X-R5-BM is a compact powder nitriding rotary furnace with a ball milling function. Ammonia ( NH3) gas passes through the two-zone heating 5" processing tube which is rotatable. YSZ ball is inside the tube and mills the powder into smaller sizes during rotation and nitride， which will result in the particle fully nitrided. It may be used for preparing rare-earth-free magnetic material up to 1100°C.
The high-temperature ball mill can be used for the Mechanochemical activation of catalysts for CO2 methanation. For more applications using a ball mill, please review the article at https://doi.org/10.1002/anie.201810902
